Deposits
To confirm your reservation at Terralong Terrace Apartments:
- Bookings made 8 or more days before arrival require a deposit equal to the first night’s stay.
- Bookings made within 7 days of arrival require full prepayment at the time of booking.
- All payments are processed securely via our trusted payment partner, Windcave.
- Deposits can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
Final Balance
The remaining balance (if any) is due 14 days before arrival. You’ll receive an automatic payment request via email.
Please note: If you cancel between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, and have already paid the full amount, your payment will be refunded in full in accordance with the cancellation terms below.
Cancellations & Refunds
We aim to provide guests with flexibility while maintaining fairness and operational efficiency — especially during peak periods.
Standard Dates
- Cancel 7 or more days before arrival → Full refund, including deposit.
- Cancel within 7 days of arrival → No refund (full booking amount forfeited).
Peak Periods (e.g. Christmas, New Year, peak summer)
- Cancel 14 or more days before arrival → Full refund.
- Cancel within 14 days of arrival → No refund.
Our peak seasons are the 24th Dec – 27th Jan, Easter and all public holiday long weekends. Please contact us if you’re unsure whether your stay falls within a peak window.
Modifications
We’re happy to assist with booking changes where possible. Contact us as early as possible if your travel dates need to shift.
