A very comfortable stay, close to all amenities and short walk to harbour. ☺Great location, comfortable stay, very clean, great amenities. Close to Woolworths and short walking distance to the harbour. I would stay again in the future. Clear instructions for pickup of keys from locked box. Underground, dedicated parking (driveway not good for low cars - I was notified in advance).Posted on Booking

DharAugust 23, 2026☺The management team was very considerate, the guests guidebook was really helpful in terms of things to see, and the location of these apartments make it really convenient to explore Kiama and nearby places. Absolutely loved the fact that they had a strict no smoking policy, and it was so quiet and peaceful! No unnecessary noise or disturbance during bedtime. The apartment was well furnished, and included plenty of linen and bedding. The rooms were spacious, well lit, beds very comfortable, living room was a treat to spend time in, and the work desk was absolute perfection! Was not expecting a dedicated work desk to be provided, but they included that too. ☹Given it was three of us travelling, the body wash, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner tubes placed in the bathroom were not sufficient. While we carried our own toiletries, and have no complaints, but if they are catering to a certain number of guests for anything more than a day, I would recommend making one of each of the bathroom supplies available for each guest. It would've been perfectly alright to not even provide any, other than a toilet soap. But since they were providing bathing material, they should try and provide a quantity keeping the number of guests in mind.Posted on Booking
Posted on Booking
SusanAugust 14, 2026Easy convenient plenty of space ☺Good location and plenty of room. Three seniors travelling ☹Bedroom windows looked directly onto another propertyPosted on Google
J MAugust 3, 2026Great place to stay being right near the centre of town and 5 mins walk from the water. Rooms are spacious and clean. We didn't use the balcony as it was shaded most of the day but it'd be great in late spring, summer and early autumn. Room service between our 2 days missed replenishing the milk but Woolies is a couple of doors away so grabbed some there. Terralong Wifi was pretty slow. Other than those minor things, we had a fantastic stay.Posted on Booking
SoumyaAugust 3, 2026Relaxing, comfy and nice experience ☺Spacious, location which is within market and surrounded by all amenities ☹No lift, a bit hectic for aged peoplePosted on Booking

NicoleJuly 25, 2026☺Very spacious and locality was perfectPosted on BookingKatrinJuly 25, 2026Great apartments in a very central location! ☺We were upgraded from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment which was absolutely amazing - thank you! Incredibly roomy very clean and comfortable. We loved it! ☹We were told that check out is 10am and yet the cleaning crew knocked on the door at 9.30am. We could have still been in the spa bath and not been able to answer the door. If check out time is 10am, I would not expect anybody to know on the door until 10.30am to be honest. Anything else introduces an element of stress when you’re trying to relax. That was the only negative during our stay.Posted on Booking
MelissaJuly 21, 2026Satisfied our needs for a one night stay. ☺Location is great. You can park and then walk to discover the beauty of the small town.Posted on Booking

Marcus LeeJuly 18, 2026We stayed for one night and found the apartment spacious, clean and well equipped. Though it is facing the main road, but the bedroom has only a window facing a side passage, so noise was not an issue. The location is good and convenient. Parking is easy. In all, we are happy with our stay.Posted on Booking

Cafes, restaurants, shops all within walking distance. Leagues Club & Woolies literally next door. Spacious living area, nice pool, good size balcony in our 2 bedroom unit. AC in all rooms, good closet space in bedrooms, great kitchen fitted with e erything you could need for a long or short stay. ☹Poor lighting in the garage area at night & the driveway is very steep & problematic for the under carriage of your vehicle. They management did let me know about that prior to checkin though, which I was grateful for.Posted on Booking

AlexeyJune 9, 2026Clean, affordable apartments for short and long stay, fully furnished. ☺Lovely location, Woolworth just around the corner, the main Kiama street. Clean, affordable apartments for short and long stay, fully furnished, very spacious, a good garage. We enjoyed our stay there, thinking to come there again next time. ☹Bugs. This time the unit was infested with them. We had to buy bug killer to cope with them. I'm really surprised why the owner doesn't care about them.Posted on BookingJoyJune 6, 2026☺Great location. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious. Easy to walk to shops and cafes. We would stay there again.Posted on Google

The beds were great, on the firmer side but no need to complain. ☹A lot of spiders were present during our stay. The parking situation was tight, with both of our cars scraping (one being an SUV)Posted on Booking

Taryn RutenbergApril 15, 2026We had a lovely stay at Terraong Terrace. Facilities in the room were fabulous and we had everything we required. Big rooms, awesome bath. Lovely to have access to the pool. The room was easily accessible for my elderly parents. Close to shopping centre which was great to pick up supplies and have meals. Quiet location and a short walk to main centre. Owners were very helpful. Check in and out was easy. Will definitely stay there again.Posted on BookingAlexeyMarch 30, 2026Clean, affordable apartments for short and long stay, fully furnished. ☺ Lovely location, Woolworth just around the corner, the main Kiama street. Clean, affordable apartments for short and long stay, fully furnished, very spacious, a good garage. We enjoyed our stay there, thinking to come there again next time. ☹ The passageway to other units right behind your bedroom's windows, quite inconvenient if you don't like to use curtains, if not, absolutely fine. And this particular time there was a construction work across the unit so it was a little bit noisy but only if you're really sensitive to noises of this kind.Posted on Booking
VeronicaMarch 28, 2026Very Good ☺ The apartment was very clean, very large and well set out. Full sized fridge, large kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and dryer in separate laundry. So close to supermarket (50-100 metres up road) and shops in the other direction . Walking distance to Kiama blowhole also. ☹ All apartments are up a couple of flights of stairs (at least) with no lift. However, we were aware of this when we bookedPosted on Booking

At the very top as you enter from the street, angle the car diagonally and proceed very slowly to avoid the same mistake!Posted on Booking
JoanFebruary 9, 2026Great location in town ☺ The building and accommodation was quite dated, but very spacious, and well maintained with all essential amenities. Locating the key locker and accommodation was easy. The kitchen had enough utensils plus salt and pepper. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and traffic noise wasn’t an issue despite the central location in town. The washing machine was user-friendly, and the location was excellent.Posted on Booking

ElizabethJanuary 25, 2026A great central place to stay with your family. ☺ The apartment had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The pools were maintained well, great location and lovely wrap around balcony. ☹ Our tv was on its way out, and was flickering. There was a huntsman and some ants but that’s not the hotel’s fault.Posted on Booking
EllahangJanuary 23, 2026a very positive experience. ☺ Location is great, all services are good, the self-services is quite smooth and the communication are very prompt and clear. and it would be even greater if these can be improved: 1) the bedroom is a bit damp, and the bed is too soft 2) the hairdryer is too old and pretty much useless, would be great if it can be upgraded 3) there is no coffee machine, although it is not a deal breaker, but would be nicer if there's one. ☹ Location is great, all services are good, and it would be even greater if these can be improved: 1) the bedroom is a bit damp, and the bed is too soft 2) the hairdryer is too old and pretty much useless, would be great if it can be upgraded 3) there is no coffee machine, although it is not a deal breaker, but would be nicer if there's one.Posted on BookingMelanieJanuary 21, 2026Central location, comfortable seaside stay. ☺ Great location, easy self check in, close to amenities, quiet and well equipped apartments with daily cleaning. Housekeeping were super friendly. ☹ The dishwasher did not work, there were cockroaches (perhaps it’s time for the annual pest treatment), no matter how friendly you were in writing to the property management team they were very short in their response. I note that the property management portion of the business is currently on the market for sale. The driveway has an odd steepness and dip which scrapes the underneath of your al at if it a lower sedan style and this is listed in booking emails with a disclaimer that there is nothing they can do about it and you can park elsewhere such as at the Woolworths or street parking. Apartments were clean and well equipped but very dated (think 1990’s) and our carpet was quite stained.Posted on BookingMaryJanuary 19, 2026Great time ☺ Location was great. MatildaNovember 5, 2025When we stay at Kiama next it will definitely be here. The apartment was bigger than expected and well kept, we were very happy with it. The pool could use some more accessories/toys for kids and new pool noodles, but, they had a wonderful time in the pool. I recommend staying here, as the staff are friendly and it's a great place to stay, perfect locationPosted on Booking

Lauren AllanOctober 28, 2025My friend and I have been holidaying at terralong apartments twice yearly for the last four years, and will continue to do so. Location is incredible. On arrival we park our cars and walk everywhere taking in the ocean, beauty of Kiama, boutique shops etc. Apartments are spacious, always clean and staff very friendly. We always have a great week away, sad to leave.Posted on Booking
ShirleyOctober 28, 2025Nice and clean, well located to cafe's and shops. ☺ Using the check in was easy and nice to have a spa bath even though we didn't get to use it. Good location, with undercover parking. ☹ Would have been good to have a staff member available (especially during the day) to ask questions of, like best places to visit, where to get the best meals etc. but despite that, it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again.Posted on BookingKimOctober 28, 2025Valu for money and great location ☺ Location was excellent ☹ Very tired and carpets and walls had marks from extensive usePosted on BookingJoOctober 28, 2025ExceptionalPosted on Booking

Kath BarberOctober 11, 2025Great 4 night stay at the apartments. They are dated but spotless and huge, have everything you need. No lift but it was only 2 flights of stairs and only hard with luggage. Pool was lovely and relaxing too. Very close to Woolies, bit of a walk to the beach but it's an easy walk. Daily fresh towels if you need and a quick freshen up. Check in and out so simple and quick, underground car park. Would stay here again.Posted on BookingKatieOctober 10, 2025Good ☺ Lovely staff and clean. ☹ It was a bit tired and smelt a little odd. I think a new carpet would fix that.Posted on Google

Otherwise everything was fantastical.Posted on Booking
