We keep things easy with a simple Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking for free any time up until 14 days prior to check-in. To receive your full refund, this must be requested via our Cancellation Form. For cancellations within less than 14 days of your check-in date, the refund amount amount offered will be any nights that we are able to re-sell, less a 20% admin fee (deducted from the value of the re-sold nights). It takes 48 hours to process your request, after which please allow 5 working days for refunded amounts to reach your credit card.
