Bookings are online and availability is as listed. To get the best rates, make your booking directly via our website. A deposit of 20% is requested at checkout.

Check-in from 2pm, check-out before 10am. If arriving after hours or the reservation desk is closed, simply use our easy 24/7 self-service kiosk to get your keys.

Staff may not physically be on-premises when you arrive or depart. With good communication ahead of time, an easy self check-in kiosk, and a direct mobile phone number for any unlikely issues, we make sure that you have everything you need for a smooth stay.

Cancellations & Refunds

We keep things easy with a simple Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking for free any time up until 14 days prior to check-in. To receive your full refund, this must be requested via our Cancellation Form. For cancellations within less than 14 days of your check-in date, there is no refunded amount on the 20% deposit. Please see our Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions for details.

While most of our apartments are accessed by stairs, some have flat ground floor access from the street. If accessibility is a priority, please contact us for the best option available. There are no lifts on the premises. Please read our Things To Know page for more information.

Pets are not permitted. The only exceptions are guide dogs and other registered assistance animals.

You can book multiple apartments under one name. Simply add them to your cart via this website and proceed. Keys will be provided to one person to give to other group members. Payments cannot be split. If you need a 3 bedroom with all single beds (e.g. golf group, etc), please contact us.

Friday or Saturday bookings require a minimum stay of 2 nights. During the Christmas and New Year holiday period, a 7-day minimum is in place. Search your dates to check if minimums apply.

We have a main pool and a kids’ pool. The main pool is solar heated, which means the temperature depends on sunlight and weather conditions. Please read our Things To Know page for more information.

All apartments include allocated undercover car parking, near your own private storage room. One car space for 1 and 2 bedrooms, two spaces for 3 bedrooms. For additional cars, we have several shared spaces in front of the pool area, plus there are on-street public options.

We are a 7-minute walk from Kiama train station, and even closer to bus stops and the Kiama taxi rank. Both the Kiama Golf and Leagues clubs offer a courtesy bus, but you can walk to the Leagues Club (130m).

Our two-bedroom apartments are a favourite of families and twin couples. There is plenty of room to relax or entertain, with an open living area, home-grade kitchen, spa bath and undercover parking. Furnished with every convenience, your apartment opens to a balcony with leafy glimpses toward central Kiama.
